definition seems quiet mediocre to me...
Lets face facts - if your work is 'mediocre' - you get reprimanded or worse - replaced.
If your car is 'mediocre' you get it repair or worse - replaced
If your home is 'mediocre' what do you do? You get a newer one. 
Seems to me the meaning of 'mediocre' should be: used, in need of repair or replacement.
but then again what do I know..... I still am a mediocre blogger!
Hmmm - is today a grey day? I think not - I am Navy Blue! Someone toss me the yellow!
